To LIFT or NOT to LIFT…Train with free weights or bodyweight?

There are benefits to lifting weights AND to workouts solely using body weight. The main question is what is your goal? Do you want to build strength or endurance? Are you exercising to burn fat? Is your goal to create a stronger core? And also, do you have access to equipment?
