STRENGTH (Tuesday PM) – Strengthen your entire body using just a barbell! Challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music you recognize, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! (**Barbell or Dumbbells can be used**)
BOOTY BURN (Thursday PM – A HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) style workout to lift and sculpt your booty and legs using mini bands. This class combines cardio and core, exercises on and off your mat in many different circuits that will have your booty burning from the very first rep!
