UPPER BODY CIRCUIT (Wednesday Noon) – SCULPT YOUR ARMS and BUILD UPPER BODY STRENGTH ONE REP at a time performing exercises like bicep curls, push-ups, presses, and more.
CARDIO + CORE (Tuesday/Thursday Noon)– Blend and core strengthening exercises and cardio moves create a whole-body workout that focuses on getting that heart rate up and then hitting those core muscles. In this class, you’ll use only bodyweight to tone and sculpt your body and torch the fat.
BOOTY BURN (Friday Noon) – A HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) style workout to lift and sculpt your booty and legs using mini bands. This class combines cardio and core, exercises on and off your mat in many different circuits that will have your booty burning from the very first rep!
