Low Impact Fitness Flow – TUESDAYS: A low-impact fitness flow that incorporates a combination of yoga inspired movements, strength building exercises utilizing resistance bands, pilates balls, body weight, and short bursts of low-impact cardio. Workout followed by 20 minutes of gentle yoga. *Props required: mini resistance bands (light, medium, & heavy resistance) and pilates ball.
Slow Flow Yoga – THURSDAYS: Slow flow is a unique blend of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. This steady paced, mindful practice focuses on linking breath with movement while allowing space to explore different options and alignment that best supports your body.
About the Instructor: Danielle Girsch is a 500 RYT, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Mediation and Mindfulness Teacher. She is passionate about offering sustainable and functional classes while fostering a space where everyone of all levels will feel welcome.
