With more than a decade of experience helping people live their best lives globally, Lacee Green’s goal is to always keep fitness fun – at every level! Whether she is helping clients sculpt a better booty, create sexier meals, or just live a better lifestyle, Lacee is passionate about helping people discover how important it is to take care of their body, mind, and spirit because it’s the only place they have to live.  As a fitness studio owner, certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutritionist, fitness model, and her most her most important title “Mom,” she created a program – #MyCurvesAreTheHIIT- that combines fat-burning moves to help women learn how to own their curves and love their bodies right where they are.

Which is more Important – Diet or Exercise?

When you’re trying to lose weight what is more important DIET or EXERCISE? Well before we dive into that, here are some facts. It takes 3500 calories to burn 1 pound of FAT and YES, exercise DOES burn calories but if burning FAT is what you want, then you need both a healthy diet and exercise program. Just remember, at the end of the day, you CANNOT out-exercise a poor diet. Eating food in the right combinations at the right time is really what helps nurture your metabolism and optimize fat loss.
